The location was great but for the price it was underwhelming. It was cute but was pretty noisy and I could hear every footstep of the person in the room above us and the shower of the room next to us.

This is a fantastic, safe and comfortable hotel! I stayed 2 nights but only planned for one! The hotel is a bit dated but it doesn't take away from the comfort & security! I know when I stay at a hotel I want to feel safe first of all and comfortable! And I assure you you'll feel the same!

All I would like to say is that the place is amazing the attention to deal is impeccable. Anne was great with communicating any details and answering all the questions that we had 😊

It's an older hotel complex with many units. The staff are very helpful and responsive but the noise level the hallway was awful until about 1am. The doors and walls offer no sound barrier, in fact you can see under the door as it's not a sealed set up. Breakfast buffet was great but wouldn't stay again due to how loud it was.

The Sequoia Suite was very nice. The room was nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size with stand up shower and tub. The pillows were a little uncomfortable. One was thicker than the other and very dense. More pillow options would be helpful. We never saw a staff member or talked to anyone. There wasn't a place to check-in when we arrived. I was texted a code for getting into our room. Also, they advertise that breakfast is included with the room, but it was little more than a few muffins or toast and coffee/tea. The food options were pretty sparse! We ended up going out to breakfast every day since we were hiking each day we were there.
